Open Studios at Gallows Hill
A quick notification for your weekend!
This Saturday (tomorrow!) Gallows Hill Artist Studios will be open to the public from 11-6. Please drop in and browse this creative corner of Salem. There are 28 artists in the studios, woodworking artisans downstairs, glass blowers and candlemakers next door.
In a sudden burst of inspiration, I framed my illustration, “The Gift”, from my last post. I had a pristine antique frame saved that fit it quite nicely. It’s on display at Gallows Hill on the third floor gallery wall… where you can see it in person tomorrow. It is for sale. I sell original art very infrequently, so it’s always fun when I get to announce something like that. It’s for sale!!

I am going out of town so will not be in my studio tomorrow, but you can still drop in and buy signed books and stationery. One or another of my family members will be hanging around for you to talk to.
It’s cold out there. For those who are interested, I checked on the swan this morning and he looked OK albeit surrounded by ice. Stay warm!
